Remote Support – Must have a working high-speed internet connection and your computer must be able to get online for remote support.

Hard Drive Data Wipe

Secure erasure of your data from an old hard drive
Standard Data Wipe – $30.00 per hard drive
Department of Defense Compliant – $50.00 per hard drive
Before throwing away, giving away, or recycling your old computer (Business or Residential), make sure all of your private data has been erased.

File Transfer/New Computer Setup

In Shop: $120.00
Move your files and settings from your old computer to your new computer
Install the latest Windows updates
Verify/Install Antivirus software
Setup Windows Backup (You must provide or purchase an external hard drive for this option)
Remove unwanted programs that will slow down your computer
Install standard software

Operating System Reinstall

In Shop Only: $100.00
Includes backing up your existing files and restoring them once the Operating System has been reinstalled (If files can be retrieved).
Includes everything else in the System Updates package above.
Also applies to Hard Drive upgrades or replacements.
